Project went amazing, I got an A! I'm super excited about Spring Break next month and induction into National Honor Society :D

It's been really great out in Florida so I decided to go with a simple black and white look, it was a great to finally get to be in a senior-level honor society!

It's probably really cliche to say that Jonathan Adler is your interior design inspiration, but if you're this good I can see why so many people like your work!

So, next year I'll be applying to college and hopefully getting further on my way to becoming a brilliant interior designer. My English teacher is having us practice for college applications by writing down what career we want now, what we're currently doing toward that goal, finding an example of someone in college doing what we're interested in and finally ending with an example of a successful person in our career of choice. It's kind of a lengthy project, but I've heard this assignment has really helped people who graduated last year stay focused and get into their schools of choice.

So here's what I'm thinking right now about this project:
Working on this blog is helping me stay focused right now and in touch with what goes in design
I found this great blogger named Sarah Elizabeth who I think is doing things I'd like to be doing in college (her love for patterns is similar to mine, especially since I think I want to do textile design and interior design)
I'm not sure who my big final person would be...maybe someone super successful like Martha Stewart (hahahaha!) who is an entire brand or maybe hosting my own show on HGTV!

I just got to keep focused on my goals and who inspires me!!!

I want a Macbook Pro so badly! I hope when I get to college I can have lots of damask in my desk theme, a big workspace and a cool roommate!
